In order to have microblading, you must to be over the age of 18.
There is a booking fee (amount depending on treatment) to secure your appointment. This is non-refundable. The balance will be due on the day if it has not already been settled.
Change of booking is only allowed once. 72 hours notice is required if a change of booking is necessary, or a loss of booking fee will occur. If you fail to show to your appointment you will be charged the full rate of your treatment.
If a third treatment is required a cover charge of £50 will occur and this appointment must be carried out within 3 months post touch-up date. (This can be due to aftercare/the individual’s skin or the overall look one wants to achieve).
I am not responsible for offering a third treatment free of charge.
Please be aware that all skin types differ. Your skin may not react well to treatment meaning that the longevity may not be as expected.
I cannot be held responsible for this and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Please ensure you can return for your touch up appointment within the 8 weeks period, otherwise an additional £50 cover charge will occur.
You must not be pregnant in order to receive treatment, and please allow 12 weeks post pregnancy breastfeeding. Also note, no refund will be processed if you fall pregnant between both sessions of your treatment.
The services are allowed to be declined if doctors documentation is not presented when required.
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your microblading and brow lamination treatment. Even if no reaction occurs from the patch test a reaction may occur at the time of treatment. I cannot be held responsible for this.
All aftercare instructions must be adhered to.
In regards to the GDPR act, a medical documentation will be filled in on the day of your treatment, your details will be stored safely and will not be shared.
If you have previously had any Semi-Permanent Makeup done please make sure to send over a clear photo before booking in. If I am not able to work over the area I have the right to refuse treatment.
No refunds
Lastly, please be prepared to heal for a minimum of 2 weeks, including no sun exposure/sunbed use, no heavy exercise or water contact. The treated area may begin to peel after several days, you should NEVER pick the area, an aftercare ointment will be provided to aid this process. Slight redness may occur, but this will subside shortly after your treatment.
